Terms
Terms of Use
These terms apply to the use of the iOS app Get Abs.
Important: Get Abs does not replace medical advice. Train only if you feel healthy and stop exercising if you experience pain, dizziness or discomfort.
1. Provider
Get Abs is provided by Neo Schulz, Schleusenstraße 4 C, 16225 Eberswalde, Germany. Contact: neo.schulz@icloud.com.
2. Scope of the App
Get Abs provides personalized workout plans, exercise guidance, workout history, progress features, optional reminders, optional AI-supported abs scans and subscription-based features. The exact feature set may evolve over time.
3. Health and Personal Responsibility
All workout and nutrition guidance is for general fitness support only. It is not medical diagnosis, therapy or individual health advice. You are responsible for deciding whether exercises and workout intensity are suitable for you. If you have a medical condition, injury, pregnancy, strong pain or uncertainty, seek medical advice before training.
4. AI Scans
AI scans provide a rough, motivational estimate of visible progress and body shape. Results may be inaccurate and must not be understood as a medical measurement or exact body-fat analysis.
5. Subscriptions and Purchases
Some features may require a paid subscription. Purchases, renewals, cancellations and refunds are handled through the Apple App Store. Details are available on the Subscription Information page and in the app before purchase.
6. Rights of Use
You receive a personal, non-transferable right to use the app in accordance with these terms and the App Store rules. App content may not be copied, resold, scraped, reverse engineered or misused.
7. Availability and Changes
We aim to provide the app reliably. However, uninterrupted and error-free availability cannot be guaranteed. Features, content and prices may be changed where legally permitted.
8. Liability
Liability is governed by statutory law. To the extent permitted by law, no responsibility is assumed for harm caused by improper use, self-directed training decisions or ignoring physical warning signs.
9. Cancellation
You can cancel a subscription in your Apple ID settings. Deleting the app does not automatically cancel a subscription.
10. Final Provisions
German law applies unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence provide otherwise. If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions remain effective.
